Good morning and happy weekend!

It’s a chilly start, but a beautiful afternoon is in store Saturday with total sunshine, low humidity and highs in the mid-60s.

A beautiful Saturday is on tap in San Antonio.

Enjoy it, for changes start to work in Sunday as southeast winds return and Gulf moisture gradually pumps back into South Central Texas. Expect more cloud cover tomorrow with highs still in the mid-60s.

A warming trend quickly takes over leading up to Christmas, with highs in the mid-70s as early as Monday afternoon. Some patchy fog will be possible early Monday morning, too, along with a few sprinkles or a stray shower.

Christmas Eve is also set to feel somewhat spring-like, with mid-70s, some humidity, and a chance for isolated rain Tuesday evening. Best chances currently reside along and east of I-35, but this is something you’ll want to check back on if traveling around the area for holiday plans.

An isolated chance for evening rain is in the forecast Tuesday.

We’ll clear things out by Christmas morning with a brief break in humidity. Christmas Day is trending quiet, with partly cloudy skies and highs closer to 70 degrees.

Beyond Christmas, a few isolated rain chances return to the forecast by Thursday as highs stay above average into the following weekend.

More updates to come! Until then, have a great weekend. ~ Mia
