January 2025’s average monthly temperature of 48.5 degrees rang in 3.7 degrees below average.
Of the 31 days, 19 were considered cooler than average, one was considered average, and 11 were considered warmer than average.

January’s average rainfall total in San Antonio is 1.96 inches. By the time all was said and done, January 2025 measured in drier than average with a grand total of 1.14 inches at San Antonio International Airport.
While it wasn’t much, the Alamo City saw a tenth of an inch of snow on Jan. 21. This event ended up marking the first measurable snowfall in San Antonio since February 2021!

On average, February is typically San Antonio’s driest month in a given calendar year with an average monthly rainfall total of 1.74 inches.

While the average high temperature at the beginning of the month is 65 degrees, the average high at the end of the month climbs to 70 degrees.

The average low temperature at the beginning of the month is 43 degrees, while the average low at the end of the month warms to 48 degrees.
