Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph likely Isolated large hail events to 1 inch in diameter possible SUMMARY...A cluster of thunderstorms will continue to move
east-southeastward this afternoon and early evening, while posing a
threat for mainly damaging/severe winds up to 55-70 mph. Isolated,
marginally severe hail may also occur. The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 80
statute miles north and south of a line from 30 miles southwest of
Bowling Green KY to 30 miles north northeast of Knoxville TN. For a
