The plume of Saharan dust is making its way into deep South Texas and will spread across the state today.

In what has been an usual month, we’ll wrap things up with a fairly dense plume of Saharan dust.

After a few showers this morning, we’ll head into a drier, hotter pattern. We’ll also see hazy skies, as a plume of Saharan dust heads in our direction.

Multi-inch amounts have fallen across the most drought-stricken part of our area

Flash flooding continues across the Hill Country on Tuesday for areas near Rocksprings, Kerrville, and Bandera. In some of these areas, over 6 inches of rain has fallen in the last 24 hours.

An active pattern has set up across Texas, allowing for scattered showers and storms to stay in the forecast.

On & off rain this week will limit highs to the 80s, especially Tuesday through Friday

Highs next week will likely be in the 80s!
