Storms Will Erupt Later Tonight and Move East

As we get closer to 8 PM, everything’s pretty calm out west. But hold on tight! Late tonight into early Saturday morning, a line of storms will sweep through Northwest Texas, Big Country, and Concho Valley. Some of these storms could be strong, bringing large hail, gusty winds, and heavy rain. They’ll be moving east/northeast into North Texas tomorrow morning, so stay alert and keep an eye out overnight! The good news for North Texas is that storms will be weaker than when they’re out west late tonight.

New Storms Saturday Afternoon & Night

Scattered severe storms are possible Saturday afternoon into Saturday night across North Texas, Texoma, Central Texas, Hill Country, into the eastern Permian Basin. Multiple rounds of storms are possible, with storms moving east tomorrow night.

Multiple rounds of scattered severe storms are expected Saturday afternoon into Saturday night in a broad region from the Concho Valley and Hill Country north into Texoma and North Texas.
