SEL2 URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED Tornado Watch Number 122 NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK 955 AM CDT Sat Apr 5 2025 The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a * Tornado Watch for portions of Southern and Eastern Arkansas Northern Louisiana Northern Mississippi Western Tennessee Northeast Texas * Effective this Saturday morning and evening from 955 AM until 700 PM CDT. * Primary threats include... A few tornadoes likely with a couple intense tornadoes possible Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph likely Scattered large hail and isolated very large hail events to 2 inches in diameter possible SUMMARY...Severe storms including supercells are expected to increase through late morning into the afternoon, with tornadoes, damaging winds, and hail all possible.
