 SEL1 URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED Severe Thunderstorm Watch Number 381 NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK 600 PM CDT Sun Jun 2 2024 The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of North Central Texas * Effective this Sunday night from 600 PM until Midnight CDT. * Primary threats include... Scattered large hail and isolated very large hail events to 2 inches in diameter possible Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible SUMMARY...Scattered thunderstorms are forming in a very moist and unstable airmass. The strongest of these cells will pose a risk of damaging winds and hail through the evening. The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 50 statute miles north and south of a line from 50 miles south southwest of Stephenville TX to 60 miles east southeast of Corsicana TX.
