Scattered damaging wind gusts to 65 mph possible Isolated large hail events to 1.5 inches in diameter possible SUMMARY...Scattered afternoon thunderstorms across the watch area will pose a risk of locally damaging wind gusts and hail. The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 60 statute miles east and west of a line from 15 miles west northwest of Watertown NY to 60 miles west southwest of Washington DC.
