Dense fog update, latest timing on storms tonight

  • RAIN, A FEW STORMS TONIGHT: More substantial rain tonight, early tomorrow
  • SUNSHINE RETURNS: Sun will return by tomorrow afternoon

FOGGY COMMUTE

The fog is thick and it’ll likely result in a slower morning commute. Visibility is below a quarter of a mile in some cases and a Dense Fog Advisory is in place through 10am. Additionally, drizzle and mist will keep things damp.

CLOUDY, SHOWERS TODAY

Skies will stay overcast throughout the day, while drizzle and light showers continue to affect the area. Despite the gray conditions, temperatures will climb into the mid-60s and it’ll remain very humid. Keep an umbrella with you.

STORMS TONIGHT

As an area of low pressure arrives tonight from the west, more substantial showers and even a few storms will develop tonight and into early Thursday. A few of the storms could be strong, especially across the Hill Country. The highest odds of rain for San Antonio will be from roughly sunrise to 10am. Don’t expect big rainfall totals, however, with most spots seeing a .50″ or less.

CLEARING SKIES

Missing the sun? It’ll make a comeback by tomorrow afternoon. Dry air will move into the area and keep sunny conditions in place through the weekend. Temperatures will rise into the 70s Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
