Beryl formed in the Atlantic Ocean on June 29 and became the season’s first hurricane. The storm broke records throughout its trek and strengthened ahead of its Texas landfall.

These maps from the FOX Forecast Center show the latest live information on Beryl, which made its first landfall Monday in the Windward Islands as a high-end Category 4 storm with winds of 150 mph. It has since swept across the Caribbean Sea, lashing Jamaica, the Cayman Islands and Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula as it charged toward the Gulf Coast of Texas.
