Get Ready For A Winter Wonderland: Gulf Coast Snowstorm Starts Tomorrow Night!

A significant winter storm impacting the Gulf Coast is anticipated to commence following dinner tomorrow evening and persist until late Tuesday morning.

Substantial snow accumulation is likely across the Brazos Valley, Coastal Plains, Southeast Texas, East Texas, and the Golden Triangle. These winter projections also encompass the Middle and Upper Texas Gulf Coast, including the Houston metropolitan area. Additionally, we’re concerned about the possibility of a mix of sleet and snow across regions such as the Hill Country, Central Texas, South-Central Texas, the Rio Grande Plains, and South Texas. The winter weather is expected to conclude by lunchtime on Tuesday; however, temperatures are projected to drop to approximately 10 degrees Tuesday night in areas with snowpack, leading to considerable disruptions extending into Wednesday.
