FORECAST
Good morning! Here we go again. We’ll be closely monitoring temperatures around San Antonio. We have a few more hours for temperatures to drop a degree or two, which would put us at freezing. It will be a very close call. Places like Pleasanton, Hondo, and the Hill Country have already reached freezing this morning.
Temperatures return to the 60s this afternoon, but the bigger story will be the steady increase in humidity. Southerly winds will usher in Gulf moisture, which will in turn increase clouds by this evening. Tonight into Friday morning, the increase in moisture will be enough to generate fog and some patchy drizzle.
This trend will repeat itself, with fog, mist, drizzle, and at the very least, clouds, each and every morning through Monday. So, the weekend will be fairly gray, with peeks of sun during the afternoon. Temperatures will be warm. Any ‘significant’ rain will hold off until Monday when a cold front arrives. With that said, rain chances are only at 20% Monday afternoon.
Have a great day!
