Satellite imagery from Maxar Technologies captured the destruction left behind by the Mountain Fire northwest of Los Angeles. Emergency management estimated that more than 5,000 homes and businesses were under evacuation alerts around Ventura County. Satellite imagery showed dozens of homes that were destroyed by the flames, which have consumed at least 20,000 acres.
