URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED Severe Thunderstorm Watch Number 564 NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK 1020 PM CDT Mon Jul 29 2024 The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of West Central Minnesota Southeast North Dakota Northeast South Dakota * Effective this Monday night and Tuesday morning from 1020 PM until 300 AM CDT. * Primary threats include... Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph likely Scattered large hail events to 1.5 inches in diameter possible SUMMARY...A cluster of intense thunderstorms will persist for a few more hours, tracking eastward into west central Minnesota. Damaging wind gusts are the main concern with these storms.
